This yoga class was specially designed for pregnant women who are new to yoga, or seasoned pregnant yogis who are adapting to their new and ever changing bodies!  During these mini sessions, you will learn several yoga poses to support each stage of your pregnancy, as well as various breath and relaxation techniques.  This class is informative and will provide a hands-on experience and enable you to gain knowledge and understanding of how to safely practice yoga while pregnant in any class.  Sign up today and reserve your spot.  Space is limited.  All classes will be held at Chagrin Yoga in Chagrin Falls, which is less than 30 miles east of Cleveland, Ohio.

Session Dates

4 sessions per month on Saturdays from 2 – 3:15pm on the following dates:

Session I – February 4, 11, 18, 25
Session II – April 8, 15, 22, 29
Session III – July 8, 15, 22, 29
Session IV – October 7, 14, 21, 28
Session V – December 2, 9, 16, 23
