Lori Grbac is a busy wife, mother of three and life-long athlete who loves a great workout and enjoys variety. Her fitness background includes competitive basketball, martial arts, teaching personal fitness classes and running.
She first experienced the strength-building powers of yoga while recuperating from a marathon injury. Discovering that yoga could be more than just an awesome workout, she began teacher training with Darcy Providente to deepen her practice. As Lori grew more involved in the study, training and teaching of yoga, it became abundantly clear that the practice was improving every aspect of her life. She is grateful for the unconditional love and support of her family and to Darcy and the other instructors who inspired her to teach.
Lori’s classes promise to be challenging and fun filled, incorporating a mix of power yoga and cross-fitness moves with great music that will leave you feeling strong, limber, relaxed and rejuvenated.
