Dawn has been a student of vinyasa yoga and Qigong for many years and an instructor for eight. She believes strongly in personal growth through a harmonious and integrated practice that evolves organically from multiple sources, practices, teachers and philosophies. She is passionate about building a practice that is personal, professional and lasting that combines physical, spiritual and sensory dimensions. Currently, Dawn has committed herself to exploring the power of Qigong and fusing this rich tradition with Vinyasa yoga. In addition to her yoga studies, she completed coursework in Qigong, Tui Na and Chinese Massage during her travels to Beijing and this work continues to influence her practice.
