The Lake County Captains baseball team has invited Chagrin Yoga back to perform yoga demonstrations during their home game on Sunday, July 29th. Chagrin Yoga’s pre-game yoga demonstrations will start around 12:30 pm and the game will start at 1 pm. This event is a fun, family-friendly way to spend the afternoon with Yoga and Baseball.
